Frequently Asked Questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Merging, splitting, signing, and compressing all happen on your device. Your PDFs are never sent to our servers.
How do I merge PDFs?
Open Tools → Merge, add two or more PDFs, drag to reorder, and tap Merge. Then save or share the result.
How do I split a PDF?
Open Split, choose a PDF, then select pages in the grid or type a range such as 1-3, 5. Choose whether to get one PDF with those pages, one per range, or one per page.
Is Sign a legal electronic signature?
No. Sign places a visual signature image on a page. It is not a certified or cryptographic signature.
How much will Compress shrink my file?
It depends on the file. Pick Low, Medium, or High; the app shows an honest estimate. If the file cannot get smaller, the app keeps the original quality and says so.
My PDF is password protected
Enter the password when asked. It is used on your device to open the file and is not stored. If it says the password is wrong, check for typos and try again.
How do I remove ads?
Open Tip Jar and send any tip: Coffee ($0.99), Cake ($2.99), Lunch ($4.99) or Feast ($9.99). Any tip removes ads for good. Tips are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Restore purchases didn't work
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the tip. On iPhone and iPad tap Restore purchases on the Tip Jar tab. On Android, close and reopen the app; purchases are re-checked at launch. Make sure you have a network connection. For billing issues, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support, or email us with your store receipt.
Where are my recent files and signatures stored?
On your device only. Clear recent files in Settings, and delete saved signatures there too (iPhone and iPad).
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later; Android phones and tablets on Android 8.0 or later. The app is in English.
