QR Works Privacy Policy

Overview

QR Works ("we", "the app") is published by Yoraba. This policy describes how the app handles information when you use it on iOS or Android.

We do not require an account. Most data stays on your device.

Information Stored on Your Device

Scan and create history (QR content you scan or generate) is stored locally on your device. You can delete items or clear all history in Settings.
Wi-Fi passwords you choose to remember for QR creation are stored in an encrypted on-device store. They are never uploaded to our servers.

We do not operate a backend that receives your QR scan or create history in the current version of the app.

Permissions

Camera: Used only to scan QR codes in the Scan tab.
Location (when in use): Used only when you tap actions to fill location or Wi-Fi related fields on create screens. The app does not track your location in the background.

Advertising

The app may show Google AdMob banner advertisements on some screens (e.g. Create hub and History). If you purchase Remove Ads, ads are not shown.

AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data according to Google's privacy policy and your device settings (including App Tracking Transparency on iOS). We use AdMob to monetize the free version of the app.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment card details. The platform may share purchase entitlement information with the app so we can unlock Remove Ads.

Children's Privacy

QR Works is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change; continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.
