Q. How do i create/Register an account on Yoraba?
Open Yoraba.com www.yoraba.com, click the option “Register” available on right top of the site & fill the details accordingly.
Q. Is there any signup fee?
No. There is no sign up fee. Its free of cost.
Q. How do i login into account?
Open Yoraba.com www.yoraba.com, click the option “Login” available on right top of the site & give your login & password detail then click on login.
Q. How an account information can be edit?
After login into the customer account, click on the option “Edit Your Account Information” available left side on the page. Edit the details and click on Continue.
Q. How to reset a password or if forgot?
Click on the option “Login” available on right top corner of the site, put your email address and click the button of “Forgot Password” then you will get a password on your provided email, enter into password area and Login accordingly.
Q. How address can be add/modify of an account?
After login into the customer account, click on the option “Modify Your Address Book Entries” available left side on the page then click on new address, fill the all fields.
For editing simple client on the option “Modify Your Address Book Entries” & then on “Edit” and press continue for save it.
Q. What will be the payment procedure of an order?
Cash on Delivery. Courier will collect the money from a customer as per order.
Q. How to place an order through Yoraba, if I’m already registered?
Simply logon to the account, Browse the page, click on any product which order is required, select the quantity required, and the other fields (If available like sizes/colors etc.) then click on “Ad to Cart” then View Cart & check out and finally “Place the Order”.
Q. How to place an order through Yoraba, if I am not registered?
First logon the www.yoraba.com and click on any product which order is required, select the quantity required, and the other fields (If available like sizes/colors etc.) the click on “Ad to Cart”. Again click the button “Check out” then select the option “Guest Check Out”, click on “Continue” , fill the all fields as per requirement & press the button “ Place Your Order”
Q. How I can track my order detail & History ?
After login into the customer account, click on the option ”Order History” & for more details click on the “View Button” eye button available right side of the request.
Q. How I can check my return order history?
After login into the customer account, click on the option ”Returns”.
Q. What is the procedure of return an order completely or partially, which has already been received to me?
You can always return the items to us within 14 days after receiving the order. We will refund you the full amount within 3 business days after receiving the returned items.

Q. What will be the refunding criteria, if an order is retuned partially/Completely?
After login into the customer account, Click on the ”Order History”, enter into view mode by clicking on eye button, available right side of the site then click on “Return”.
A request will be submitted to Yoroba for process.
Q.How to subscribe Yoraba’s Newsletter?
If you are an account holder, simply login into your account & click Newsletter then select “Yes” option & then press the continue for process.
Q.What is the quick view option on an ad & purpose of it?
You can take a close & bigger view of the product and process your order request from the same page.
Q. How I can ad a product in my wish list & view it later?
After login into site, keep your mouse cursor on any product and click on the “Heart” but product will be simply added in your wish list for further view.
For the wish list, after login into site simply click on the wish list, for view the products.
Q. How I can compare a product by viewing an ad & its benifit?
Click on the option available on ad right bottom site “Compare this product”, and do the same practice with other products, for which you want to compare the details, then click the option” Product Comparison” which will be available on a separate pop up dialog box.

First you follow the return order procedure & put a new order simply.

Q. What do you sell on Yoraba.com?
We sell a wide range of products. i.e. beauty products, shoes, cloths, accessories for men and women, kids’ products including toys, kitchen appliances and utensils, bedroom products like bedsheets, blankets, mirrors, bathroom products, auto parts and much more.
Q. Is there any seller signup fee?
No, there is no seller sign-up fee. Sellers can sign up for free and upload as many products as they want.
Q. When do you charge sellers?
We only charge After a product is sold and customer pays the price. We take a small percentage of the sold price. The percentage varies depending on the price of the product.
Q. What % of the sold price is charged?
For early bird program - sellers who sign up in the week will get special pricing
If the price of the sold product is less than Rs. 1000 then 7% of the price is charged
If the price of the product is over Rs. 1000 then 6% of the price is charged.
Minimum charges are Rs. 50
Q. When does a seller get paid?
Different shipping carriers have their own timeline to pay back the C.O.D amount. The seller gets paid within 5 business days after the courier company pays back to the company. It can take minimum 10 business days and maximum 20 days to seller to get his payment.
Q. How does a seller ship the product?
Either you can ship using your preferred carrier or you can ship with our carrier. If you choose to ship with our carrier then we will email you the label. After printing the label, you can call the courier and setup a pick-up time for them to pick the product from your business address.
Q. Who pays for the shipping?
On Yoraba.com we provide free shipping to all our customers. As customers see shipping fee as a liability and don’t want to pay for it. So, seller pays for the shipping. Seller can adjust the shipping cost in the product price to make profit.
Q. What is the early-bird program?
Early bird program is for sellers who sign up and add their products in the month of December. They will get special promotional prices (see prices question for details), their products will more often show up on the main page of the site and in the special products category which appears at the end of every page.
Q. Do you help advertise our products?
Yes, we do help with the
advertising part. We have team of social media marketing experts. They develop
the ads for your products and then we choose to media to advertise them. We
develop the ad for FREE for you. The cost of advertisement is shared between
Yoraba and sellers.
Yoraba shares up to 70% of the cost.
Q. Do you have mobile app?
Our android mobile app is under development. It will be available to download from December. We currently, don’t have iOS app. It will be developed next year.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. In future, we will expand our services to other countries.
Q. Do you do drop ship?
Currently, we don’t support drop ship method.
Q. I don’t want to provide my bank information, is there any other payment method that you use to pay to sellers.
Apart from banks, we also use easy paisa and jazz cash payment methods. Write payment method info on a piece of paper, take its picture and upload it. For example:

Q. I don’t want to provide the copy of my ID card. What are my choices?
We protect our customers from potential fraud as much as we protect sellers. We do need copy of the ID card to verify the seller information. If you don’t want to provide copy of your own ID card then you can create account in the name of your husband, brother, father or someone else who can take responsibility for your business on Yoraba.
Q. I already sell on other websites in Pakistan, can you pull my product catalog from there? Do you have APIs to pull product catalog from other sites?
To pull data from other sites, the other party must agree on providing data. Currently, no Pakistani website provides such a functionality to sellers’ catalog data.
Q. Can I use my own shipping courier?
No. When an order is placed, Yoraba.com sends shipping label to the seller. The seller must print that shipping label and stick it on the package.
